These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Portify for the website https://useportify.com and the Portify iOS / Android apps. By accessing or using Portify you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Portify (“we”, “us”) operates a cryptocurrency portfolio tracker and related information tools. Supplemental terms (for example in-app billing or App Store / Play rules) apply where stated and form part of this agreement.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Material changes that affect paid subscriptions will be communicated through the product or email where reasonably possible.
Portify is a portfolio tracking and market-information product. You may record holdings, connect watch wallets, view prices and analytics, and use optional paid features.
Portify is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker-dealer, payment institution, custodian, wallet issuer, or investment advisor. We do not hold, transmit, or take custody of your crypto assets. On-chain transactions you initiate happen in your own wallet or a third-party app, not on Portify’s balance sheet.
Market prices, charts, and metrics may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. They are informational only.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher digital-consent age in your country). If you are a minor under applicable law, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
You may not use Portify where doing so would violate sanctions, export controls, or local law. You are responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction, including Vietnam’s Law on Cybersecurity, Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data, and consumer-protection rules, as well as laws of your place of residence.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials, passkeys, and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may sign in with email or supported identity providers (for example Google, Apple, Facebook, X). If several providers return the same verified email, they may attach to one Portify account. You must only use identities you own.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, present fraud or abuse risk, or as required by law.
Nothing in Portify is investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Crypto-asset prices are volatile; you can lose money. Decisions to buy, sell, hold, or connect a wallet are yours alone. Seek a licensed professional where you need advice.
Portify never asks for your seed phrase, private keys, or wallet password. Anyone who does is not us — see the Security warning.
WalletConnect and similar sessions are between you and your wallet app. Network fees, failed transactions, and smart-contract risk are outside Portify.
Third-party sites, apps, and protocols linked from Portify have their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Optional paid plans may be billed through the website (for example VNPay, MoMo, Stripe) or through Apple In-App Purchase / Google Play Billing on native apps. Storefront rules of Apple and Google apply to those purchases and may limit refunds.
Prices may change for future periods. Taxes may be added where required. You authorise the selected provider to charge the amounts shown at checkout until you cancel according to the in-product or store instructions.
The Portify name, marks, software, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for personal, lawful portfolio tracking. You may not copy, scrape at scale, reverse engineer except as allowed by mandatory law, or use our marks without permission.
You retain rights in the holdings and notes you enter. You grant us a licence to process that content solely to operate and improve the service.
You will not: abuse APIs or rate limits; probe or disrupt security; impersonate Portify or other users; upload malware; harvest personal data of others; or use the service for unlawful trading, fraud, or sanctions evasion.
We aim for reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, market-data sources, and supported chains may change. We may perform maintenance without notice in emergencies.
To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law and the mandatory laws of your country (including consumer rights that cannot be waived), Portify and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from market-data errors, downtime, wallet actions, or decisions you make using the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability can be limited, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim and (b) USD 50 (or equivalent).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (including, where applicable, EU consumer law).
Courts of Vietnam have jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their place of residence where mandatory law so provides. You may also use applicable alternative-dispute or complaint procedures.
You may stop using Portify and request account deletion as described on the Delete account & data page. We may stop providing the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
