Terms of Use

Parties

These Terms are an agreement between you and USEPORTIFY LAB COMPANY LIMITED.

• They cover useportify.com and the Portify iOS/Android apps (the "Service").

Acceptance

You accept by ticking the consent box yourself. We record when you agreed and to which version (Law on E-Transactions 20/2023/QH15). We will ask you to accept again after material changes.

Age

You must be 18 or older.

What the Service is

Portify is a read-only record-keeping and tracking tool. You can:

• track public wallets and DeFi positions;
• enter holdings manually;
• view prices;
• keep shared ledgers;
• export records;
• use an AI assistant.

Portify does not:

• receive, hold or move money or assets;
• hold private keys;
• execute trades;
• run an exchange;
• issue crypto-assets;
• manage or raise capital;
• give investment advice.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Never enter a seed phrase or private key. We will never ask for them.
• Only add addresses you may lawfully track.

Prohibited use

You must not:

1. break Vietnamese law;
2. launder money or commit fraud;
3. scrape or attack the system;
4. resell price data;
5. post content prohibited by the Law on Cybersecurity 116/2025/QH15;
6. use shared ledgers or any feature to solicit or raise capital, or advertise investment opportunities to others.

Paid plans

• Price, period and features are shown before payment.
• Payment is via VNPay, MoMo, Stripe, the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Store purchases follow the store's refund policy.
• Plans auto-renew; cancel any time to stop the next period.
• E-invoices are issued on request under Decree 254/2026/ND-CP.

Reward points

1. Points are an in-app perk earned through check-ins, referrals or Portify campaigns.
2. Points can only be redeemed for Portify plans at the rate shown in the app.
3. Points are not money, securities, crypto-assets or tokens. They are not your property and have no cash value.
4. Points cannot be transferred, gifted, bought or sold between accounts, or exchanged for cash or crypto.
5. Fraud or trading of points may lead to forfeiture or suspension.
6. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity and are lost when you delete your account.
7. We give at least 30 days' notice before an adverse change to, or the end of, the programme, so you can use your points.

Shared ledgers

1. A shared ledger is a record-keeping tool for a small, invite-only group (up to 10 members). It is not an investment fund.
2. Portify does not receive, hold or move money or assets; does not manage or raise capital or distribute profits; and does not trade for members.
3. Members log contributions, buys, sells and withdrawals themselves. "Recorded units" and "recorded value" are estimates at displayed prices. They are not shares, fund units or claims against Portify.
4. "Approvals" are in-app confirmations, not an on-chain multisig wallet.
5. Members are responsible for their own arrangements, their real assets and legal compliance. Portify is not a party to those arrangements.
6. Members of a ledger can see each other's display names and the ledger's entries. Your email is shown to the other members of a shared ledger only if you choose to share it, meaning you agree separately for that ledger; if you do not agree or have turned it off, other members see only your display name. You may turn this off at any time in the ledger settings, and your email is hidden immediately. Members may use other members' emails only to communicate about that ledger.

Third-party data and AI

• Price data comes from data sources such as OKX and CoinGecko (not partners) and may be wrong.
• AI answers are labelled and for information only.
• See the Disclaimer.

Intellectual property

The software and the Portify brand belong to the Company. Your data stays yours. You allow us to process it to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

• The Service is provided "as is".
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
• This limit does not apply to wilful misconduct and does not exclude consumer rights under Law 19/2023/QH15.

Suspension and termination

• You can delete your account in Settings or at /legal/delete-account.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
• Some data must be kept by law; see the Privacy Policy.

Complaints and governing law

• Send complaints to admin@useportify.com. We reply within 7 working days.
• Vietnamese law applies.
• Disputes are first resolved by negotiation, then by the competent court in Da Nang, without affecting consumer rights.

Changes

We give at least 7 days' notice of material changes (30 days for the points programme) and keep a version history.

Language

If the versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.
