This Policy explains how Portify (“we”) processes personal data when you use https://useportify.com and the Portify apps. It is written to meet Vietnamese personal-data rules (notably Decree 13/2023/ND-CP) and, for users in the EEA/UK, GDPR-style transparency. It is not legal advice.
The controller of your personal data is the operator of Portify, reachable at admin@useportify.com and https://useportify.com. For Vietnamese users, we process data in line with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP (including sensitive data rules where they apply) and related cybersecurity and consumer laws.
Account: email, display name, authentication identifiers from identity providers you choose (Google, Apple, Facebook, X, GitLab, etc.). We do not receive your identity-provider password.
Portfolio you enter or sync: holdings, lots, notes, connected public wallet addresses, and settings. Public on-chain data is already public; we store copies you ask us to track.
Technical: IP address, device and app version, approximate locale, crash and performance logs, and security events needed to run the service.
Payments: if you subscribe, the payment provider (VNPay, MoMo, Stripe, Apple, Google) processes card or e-wallet details. We typically receive status, amount, and a provider reference — not full card numbers.
We do not ask for seed phrases or private keys. Do not send them to us.
Provide the account and tracker (contract / performance of the Terms).
Secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law (legitimate interests and legal obligation).
Improve product quality with aggregated or pseudonymous diagnostics (legitimate interests; consent where required).
Process paid subscriptions (contract and, where required, tax/accounting law).
Send service notices (contract). Marketing email only with consent or as allowed by applicable law; you can opt out.
Vietnamese users: where Decree 13 requires consent for a processing activity, we will ask for it. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that rests on another lawful basis.
Servers and processors may be located outside Vietnam (including the EEA, UK, or United States). For EEA/UK users we use appropriate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses) where required. For Vietnamese users we follow Decree 13 rules on cross-border transfer of personal data, including impact assessment and notification duties that apply to us as controller.
Account and portfolio data last for as long as your account is open, then a short period needed to complete deletion and backups, unless a longer period is required by tax, accounting, or dispute law.
Security and access logs are kept for a limited operational window.
You can request deletion on the Delete account & data page.
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, access control, hashed credentials where we store passwords). No internet service is perfectly secure. Protect your devices and never share recovery phrases. See the Security warning page.
Depending on Vietnamese Decree 13, GDPR (if you are in the EEA/UK), and other local law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with a competent authority (in Vietnam, the ministry or agency designated for personal-data protection; in the EEA, your local DPA).
We will respond within the statutory period after verifying your identity. Some requests may be refused where another legal basis or exemption applies; we will explain why.
Portify is not directed at children under 16 (or the higher age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from younger children. If you believe we have, contact us to delete it.
We will post updates to this Policy and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted in the product or by email when reasonably possible.
